1 in 5 listings are running on 10 photos or less.
We analysed 19,562 live Australian listings across 3,836 agencies. The median listing carries 18 images. The bottom 20% carries 10 or less, and the pattern is the same in every mid-market suburb: the trophy listings get the stylist and the videographer, everything else gets whatever fitted the afternoon.

Built to sit inside vendor-paid advertising. On a mid-market campaign the marketing schedule is usually $3,000 to $8,000, already approved by the vendor at signing. Our line item is 1% to 2% of that, and it goes in at listing presentation alongside the photography you already quote. Volume rates from 10 listings a month.
06 — Compliance
What we will and will not alter.
Digitally altered property imagery carries real obligations in Australia. We would rather lose a job than put you in front of a complaint.
- Styling is always disclosedEvery digitally furnished image is labelled, and we supply the disclosure wording for the listing.
- We never alter structureNo removing walls, no changing rooflines, no inventing windows or extending rooms.
- No hiding defectsDamp, cracking and damage stay visible. We correct the photograph, not the property.
- You keep every originalUnedited files are returned with the finished set and retained for 12 months.
07 — Questions
Straight answers.
Do we have to change photographers?
No. Most of our work starts from images an agency already has. If your photographer is good and you just want the presentation lifted, send us their files and we will finish them.
Who pays, the agency or the vendor?
Almost always the vendor, through the marketing schedule approved at signing. We invoice the agency and you recover it the way you already recover photography.
What if we do not like the result?
1 round of changes is included on every package. If the set still is not right, you do not pay for it.
How fast is fast?
24 hours on Essentials and Signature from the moment we have your files. 48 on a full campaign because a shoot has to be scheduled.
Is there a minimum?
We work with agencies listing 5 or more properties a month. Below that we cannot hold the turnaround promise, and you would be better served by a local photographer.
